Linda (The Director)
Linda has a strong commitment to helping students thrive and creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Beyond her love for teaching, she has a deep passion for fitness and staying active. She loves to run. Linda also enjoys the company of her fur babies. As for her culinary preferences, she savors chicken and rice.
Maryanne
Marion cherishes the opportunity to engage with every kid in different classrooms and witness their growth firsthand. She loves seeing former students return to visit them, a testament to the lasting impact the teachers have on their lives. In her free time, Marion finds immense joy in spending time with her beloved grandchild. "Becoming a grandmother fills my heart with pride and happiness." She also indulges in the art of woodworking and takes pleasure in restoring furniture, using her creativity and skill to breathe new life into old pieces.
Carol
Carol is the teacher who brings her passion for singing to our community. "The happy faces and the love and appreciation from the kids truly make my day. They are my biggest motivation to come to work every day." In her free time, she loves hanging out with her friends, enjoying moments of laughter and connection. She also possesses a culinary flair and takes delight in the art of cooking, with homemade pizzas and spaghetti and meatballs being her favorite dishes. Carol's favorite book is "Billy Goat Gruff," an amazing book about courage.
Crystal
With a love for nature, Crystal enjoys camping trips that instill a sense of wonder and discovery. Her favorite food is spaghetti, and her favorite animal is cats. Crystal cherishes watching children reach significant milestones. As a kid, Crystal was inspired by Curious George's inquisitive nature, and a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Jennifer
Jennifer's love for camping reflects her appreciation for the outdoors. One of her favorite places to spend time in the summer is Bay St.Laurence. When it comes to food, her favorite dish is butter chicken, which she savors for its aromatic spices. However, what truly sets Jennifer apart is her deep love for her profession. She finds great fulfillment in building relationships with school-age kids and creating a loving and supportive environment.
Jennifer
Meet Jennifer, a passionate teacher who believes that every child deserves an enthusiastic adult. Her teaching philosophy is summed up by a quote: "Kids deserve an excited adult who's ready to explore and laugh with them all day - someone who's looking for magic moments, full of high fives coming down the line with energy radiating around them... Be awesome. The kids deserve it!"
When she's not at work, she enjoys taking her kids for long walks on the beach. She also loves seeing her children participating in sports events. When it comes to food, she has a particular fondness for sushi.
Alyssa
What truly makes Alyssa proud to be a teacher is the opportunity to spend time with the children and witness their growth and development. Seeing the children happy and thriving fills her heart with immense joy and satisfaction. As a mother to three children, her life is super busy. When she is not in the classroom, she cherishes spending time with her family and friends. Shopping and listening to music bring her moments of delight and relaxation. Her favorite indulgences include turkey dinner and cheesecake.
Jessica
Jessica finds joy in working closely with children, fostering their growth, and igniting their curiosity. She eagerly awaits the arrival of spring and summer, as these seasons bring endless engaging learning experiences. When she's not in the classroom, she enjoys hiking through scenic trails like Rotary Park. She finds inspiration in children's literature, with "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" being a particular favorite that sparks the imagination. What about her favorite dish? Spaghetti and meatballs.
Angela
Angela loves to clean, which reflects her dedication to maintaining a tidy and organized learning environment. Alongside her love for cleanliness, she enjoys cross-stitching and reading, with Daniel Steele being her favorite author. Angela also finds solace in nature walks. When it comes to food, her taste buds rejoice in the flavors of tacos and Chinese cuisine. What truly brings Angela happiness and pride as a teacher is the reciprocal learning experience she shares with her students. She likes it when the children read her a story or dance with her.
Sumeet
Sumeet is dedicated to creating a fun, caring and compassionate environment. Hugs from the little children brighten up her day. It makes her proud when celebrating achievements with the children. Outside the classroom, she enjoys dancing, cooking, singing, and painting. When it comes to food, she has a particular fondness for authentic Indian cuisine. Her favorite animal is dog and her favorite cartoon character is Mickey Mouse. "The Three Little Pigs" is her all-time favorite story.
